With the great result of the festival’s last day – 2.000 people on Sunday 18th April, at the elita headquarter – the fifth edition of elita festival closes with better results than the last edition.
1.500 people per day at the Headquarter, with a final result of 7.500 people in the five days at Teatro Franco Parenti must be added to the 2.000 people of the opening: all in all 11.500 people joined our exhibition + conferences + live music space.
Very interesting to notice that 80 people followed each of the 12 conferences!
The 10 venus of the city network reached 15.000 people, with best result by Magazzini Generali with 6.000 people.
Total audience was 26.500 people, 12% more than 2009 edition.
But the most relevant fact was that 90% of the program happened despite the airport block due to the Iceland’s Volcano and thanks to most of the guest helpfulness who accepted trains or driving solutions.
Elita wishes to thank Comune di Milano for the contribution and all the event partner for contents and help doing the festival.

Con l’exploit di 2.000 presenze ca. nella giornata di domenica 18 aprile presso il Teatro Franco Parenti, headquarter della manifestazione, si è chiusa la quinta edizione del festival ELITA, che ha ancora una volta superato i dati di affluenza della edizione precedente.
Il festival ha registrato presso l’headquarter una presenza media di 1500 persone al giorno nei cinque giorni di apertura al pubblico, per un totale di 7.500 persone.
L’opening aveva invece registrato la presenza di 2.000 persone.
Il totale di affluenza presso il Teatro Franco Parenti è stato quindi di 11.500 persone tra cui 560 accreditati tra addetti ai lavori ed ospiti del festival.
Rilevante la partecipazione alle conference in programma, con una media di 80 persone per i 12 appuntamenti culturali previsti.
Significativi i dati di affluenza del city network, per un totale di oltre 15.000 persone tra cui spiccano le 6.000 che hanno affollato i Magazzini Generali.
Il totale di affluenza è stato quindi di 26.500 persone, il 12% in più rispetto alla edizione 2009.
Tra i dati più significativi c’è stata la capacità dell’organizzazione di garantire lo svolgimento del programma per il 90% di quanto previsto, nonostante le difficoltà dovute al blocco dei voli superato grazie alla disponibilità di buona parte degli artisti internazionali ospiti ad adottare misure di trasporto alternative ai voli.
Elita ringrazia il Comune di Milano per il patrocinio istituzionale ed il sostegno economico, il Teatro Franco Parenti per la disponibilità e la collaborazione e tutti i partner che hanno permesso la realizzazione del festival.
